A Moody Garden Arbour — Kristen + Michael at Stones of the Yarra Valley

A wedding ceremony setup inside the chapel at Zonzo Estate. At the end of the aisle stands a large, asymmetrical floral arch featuring a vibrant gradient of deep red, magenta, peach, and orange flowers. Clear glass cylinder candles surround the base of the arch. Wooden pews line the aisle, with matching floral arrangements placed on the floor beside the front row.

Moody, intimate, romantic — and unafraid of colour. Kristen and Michael's palette ran to rich jewel tones: warm scarlet, plum, dusty pink and ivory, with warm textures, orchids, anthurium and open roses doing the heavy lifting.

We framed the ceremony with a tall, impactful garden-style arbour in our signature style — open blooms, foliage and texture grouped in an intentional, generous design, mounted on our freestanding frame and fully covered in florals. After the ceremony, the whole piece was repositioned over to the Barn to frame the cake, so a single statement installation earned its keep twice across the day. Depth, drama, and not a wasted stem.
