Full Creative Freedom — Kym + Melanie at Stones of the Yarra Valley

Some of the best work comes when a couple hands over the keys. Kym and Melanie gave us full creative freedom to play — and it became one of our favourite days on record.

Altar view inside a rustic stone chapel looking toward the large arched window, decorated with sprawling floor arrangements of deep red, orange, and amber autumn leaves alongside flickering pillar candles.

Their palette ran burgundy, green, blush, beige, chocolate and white. We built a custom ceremony backdrop on our freestanding frames, then styled the tables with artful groupings of open blooms, foliage and texture running down the centre in a series, drawn from our hire vase range. Chandeliers and mocha silk draping pulled the whole space together overhead. Guests took flowers home at the end of the night — perfectly timed for Mother's Day.

"What you created for Kym and I was absolutely breathtaking and beyond anything we could have dreamed of. Not only did you bring our vision to life — you blew it out of the water. Mel pulled the car over on the drive back to Melbourne just to send this." — Kym + Melanie
