Originally a late Spring wedding, due to Covid this lovely micro wedding was postponed to summer. We had planned masses of flowering jasmine or similar spring flowers, but due to the change in season, we chose wind anemone, tuberose and paniculata hydrangea en masse.
Seville Estate has an understated, modern scandi vibe inside, beautifully complimented by the thoughtfully planted Australian native gardens. It’s a very calm and effortlessly beautiful venue.
I really enjoyed putting together Sam’s bouquet in particular – I happen to grow liquorice vine and wind anemone and their floaty nature works beautifully with tuberoses and garden roses.
The ceremony pieces were tufts of dried paniculata hydrangea and acacia foliage – also all locally grown and these were moved into the bar and restaurant after the ceremony so they could continue to be enjoyed.
